Our clinical governance system is a powerful tool based on sophisticated analytics.
There should be a system of audit to review the consistency and accuracy of clinical decision-making. This is the responsibility of the prescriber and is a function of the INR Star and DAWN AC software packages.
Please note, Clinical audit of decision making is not provided by Helicon Health.
However, there is a requirement to:
- Maintain equipment in line with manufacturer’s instructions.
- Keep records of internal and external quality assurance.
Administrative support for these processes can be provided by Helicon Health on request but requires the active collaboration of care providers.
If you need the support of Helicon Health, please use the Contact form to engage with the Helicon team.
