DOAC e-Learning Available for Clinical Staff
The North Central London ICB has commissioned an Anticoagulation management & Stroke prevention education package from Helicon Health for all primary care staff involved in caring for patients on oral coagulation. This includes both eLearning and a series of four webinars. This will be available to all staff involved in caring for patients on oral coagulation, broken down into 13 bite-sized sessions ranging from 30 minutes to two hours, per session. The series of webinars will commence on 11 November and will be held at intervals up until next summer. The webinars are suitable for all clinical staff caring for patients with Atrial Fibrillation or who may be at risk of stroke. All webinars will be delivered by Dr. Yassir Javaid: Clinical Subject Matter Expert (GP with a specialist interest in cardiology).
